Print-Print.co.uk are a Shropshire based printing company. They offer high quality printing services with a fast turn around and great value for money. Their clients include Barclays, BBC, NHS and Subway.
Their sister company, DW Design and Print have over 20 years experience in the print industry. In 2008 they decided to offer their services nationwide and Print-Print.co.uk was born.
Print-Print.co.uk came to iWeb with a view of making their website transactional. Orders were previously taken over the phone. Their website was a brochure to advertise services they offered. Print-Print.co.uk wanted an eCommerce website with a bespoke web design allowing people to order online.

After sitting down with our design team we realised print orders are complex. Using Magento eCommerce we decided to build a custom product detail page. This page would include a matrix pricing scheme so people could order in bulk. This allows Print-Print.co.uk to offer different prices based on quantity ordered. We included paper size, printed sides, folds and paper quality as further customisable options. After choosing options the customer can upload their own artwork.
Print-Print.co.uk's unique selling point is their fast turn around. They offer next day delivery for orders placed before 1pm. This was something they were keen to promote. We decided to include a countdown timer to make people aware how much time they have to be eligible for next day delivery. The countdown timer takes into account weekends, bank holidays and office closures.
The site includes a live chat feature. This is a widget that appears at the bottom of the users browser. This allows the customer to chat directly with the team at Print-Print.co.uk. The team are then able to guide the customer through the checkout process. There are lots of options and variations when choosing how to print artwork. Those who have never used a print service before may find these options confusing so we wanted to ensure help was on hand.
All pages include Feefo integration. This is a third party website allowing customers to write impartial reviews. This gives customers confidence when ordering.
The team at Print-Print.co.uk wanted a place to share their thoughts and knowledge. Using WordPress we created a blog so they could post print related content. They post daily to several social networks including Twitter and Facebook. At the bottom of each page there is a newsletter signup form so people can receive news and offers.

Working together throughout we have created a website that exceeds both of our expectations. Using Magento eCommerce with a bespoke web design we have made ordering a complex product as simple as possible.
